With over 16 years of commercial brewing experience, ranging from small-scale 5-barrel (8hL) batches to large 400-barrel (650hL) operations, Tom brings a wealth of expertise to the table. He earned his Master’s degree in Brewing Science from the University of Nottingham in 2018. In his spare time, Tom enjoys exploring new beers and attending live music events.
