Jess is based in our main offices and will be one of the people you speak to if you’re a Homebrewer, Microbrewer or are based in Europe. Despite her focus in the customer journey, she is well acquainted with all areas of the business and enjoys branches outside of sales to gain wider experience within the business.
Outside of work, she follows her familial footsteps with an enthusiasm for coffee, and enjoys working with food and beverage for personal passion projects. With over 120 genres on her Spotify wrapped, variety and keeping things fresh is where she really showcases her skills.
