Jess is based in our main offices and will be one of the people you speak to if you’re a Homebrewer or Microbrewer or are placing an order and are based in the North and Scotland. So, if your technical contact is Tom Evans, then Jess would probably be your main contact for phone orders. Alongside providing excellent customer service, Jess also helps our the marketing and events team from time to time, taking the lead in the management of web and events orders, she has many a string to her bow!
Outside of work she has a real passion for coffee and food, loving experimenting with her home-cooking, when she’s not cooking up a tasty new dish she loves nothing better than picking up a new weekly new hobby, she’s currently trying to become Tony Hawk! But her skills don’t end there, she is an ordained Minister, perfume addict, photographer and expert on self care. She’s also is a lover of ciders, although she’s always open to trying any type of drink at least once!
