LalVigne Mature is a natural inactive yeast derivative foliar spray that advances and increases phenolic maturity. The source yeasts used in its production were selected from the Lallemand yeast collection. A single vineyard treatment with a LalVigne spray consists of two applications. The first is done at 5% veraison and the second 10–12 days later.

Application & Dosage
• Sprayed on the leaves of the vines by a typical spray machine
• 1 treatment = 2 applications
• 1st application at 5% veraison
• 2nd application 10-12 days later
Dosage: (per application)
1kg/ha = 0.9lbs/acre
Step 1: Dissolve in a small volume of water (10 times). Works best if the water is warm (30-40°C/86-104°F). Stir gently.
Step 2: Add to the spraying machine with 200-600 L (50-160 gal) of water. Apply enough spray to cover leaves, but not so much that it drips off of leaves. Maintain the agitator of the spraying machine during treatment.
