SULFOSSOL® provides yeast with part of the nitrogen needed for their growth.SULFOSSOL® provides the SO2 essential for vinification:- Protection against enzymatic oxidation (tyrosinase, etc).
- Inhibition of bacteria and apiculate yeasts.
- Promotes extraction of phenolic compounds during red wine maceration.
