Lalvin Reduless Inactivated Wine Yeast (1kg)
Reduless is a proprietary fining product from Lallemand for the reduction of sulphur off aromas such as H2S and dimethyl sulphide. Its formulation includes bentonite together with other natural elements which are rich in copper.

Product description
Reduless can naturally enhance roundness while treating sulphur problems.It has also been shown to reduce phenol related defects. It is particularly useful with sulphur prone varieties (e.g. Syrah, Carignane, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay).
Directions For Use
Dissolve Reduless in 10 times its weight in water. Add immediately to the tank. If prepared in advance, re-suspend the product prior to its addition. Additions can be made during pump-overs or during tank agitations/mixings.
Recommended contact time is 72 hours after homogenization. Rack off or filter the winewhen treatment is complete.
Maximum potential copper contribution when used according to recommendation is 0.02ppm
