If you already use our range of finings or are considering using them, we can offer you a free optimisation and recommendations for dosing rates. This will ensure you get the dosage right first time!
All we need is a sample of beer or wort, depending on which fining from our range you’re looking to optimise, and then we’ll be in touch with a report detailing your recommended dosage rate.
Using finings helps ensure stability and clarity in your recipe and using the correct dosage is paramount to this. Kettle finings remove particles and proteins from wort and when used correctly enhance colloidal stability. Isinglass finings, a naturally occurring collagen, are used to fine out yeast and when used in combination with auxiliary finings further reduce the chances of haze.
